You can help reverse the brain drain by enabling leadership training for the church in Africa

Effective training requires resources that are available, affordable and appropriate.

You can be part of getting such resources to Christian leaders in Africa.

You can help African authors to share their vision of a better tomorrow.

Africa Christian Textbooks (ACTS) is looking for people with skills in computers or business management or publishing.

Positions Needed

An IT Specialist with ability to handle the full computerization of ACTS inventory, accounts and point of sale operations. Website and book design skills would be a further asset.

A Business Manger with experience in any or all of the following fields: personnel, warehouse and inventory management, shop display and marketing, sales experience, financial planning and organisational strategic planning

A Publishing Director, with skills in any or all of the following skills: writing, editing, and project management. Qualifications in design will be a further asset. 

Conference and Writer's Retreat / Study Centre Organiser, Facilitator, Encourager, Manager. This would be to undertake the planning and hosting of conferences, workshops, seminars and consultations with theological educators, writers, editors, church leaders, librarians, booksellers, etc.

Training in theology a further asset to any of the above, and particularly in C.

 

All of these are strategic ministries that could significantly expand the usefulness of ACTS for the strengthening of the church in Africa.
