ACTS is working to help change that by:

ACTS provides books that are affordable for Christians living in the context of poverty and persecution. Tutors and students are given tools to enhance their training and strengthen their scholarship. Pastors graduate with a library that can sustain their ministry for years to come.

ACTS Bookshop and Headquarters:

Located in Bukuru, a suburb of Jos, Nigeria, the ACTS headquarters is in a strategic location – close to several important theological institutions, with the Theological College of Northern Nigeria (TCNN) on its doorstep.

Rev Dr Sid Garland serves as ACTS Executive Director, keeping in close contact with ACTS General Manager, Rev Luka Vandi.

Through its headquarters and large shop, plus 12 branch bookshops and 40 staff, ACTS is serving over 200 seminaries in Nigeria and Kenya.

The development of a Retreat and Study Centre for African writers at the ACTS headquarters is currently in the pipeline.

ACTS imports and distributes a wide selection of quality international Christian books. And in cooperation with others, it has published over 80 titles contextualised for Africa, such as The Battle is God’s, African Christian Ethics, AIDS is Real and it’s in our Church, Preachers of a Different Gospel.
