Engaging in youth work in partnership with the local churches and ministries surrounding Kikuyu.

Mission Africa works in partnership with the Presbyterian Church of East Africa, which has a large mission station in Kikuyu, on the outskirts of Nairobi. In Kikuyu there are several children’s care centres, that look after several hundred children and teenagers, as well as a number of church-run schools.

Joining a team will allow you to engage in a variety of ministries, reaching out to people of different ages, backgrounds, and faiths.  You may spend time participating in holiday Bible-type activities, visiting schools, working within the local church community, and potentially even visiting prisons.  You may find yourselves giving a children’s talk, sharing your testimony, playing sports, preparing crafts, participating in worship, or painting a church.
